1 Good Tastings Bread Mix
12 oz/355ml Club Soda
1 cup/250ml shredded sharp or mild cheddar cheese
Add club soda and cheese to bread mix. Stir just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy: do not over mix. Spread batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until loaf is golden brown and pulls away from sides of pan.
