I Think I have found the Switch to Turn off Your Hot Flashes!

by Meg on June 10, 2008

I had heard some colleagues passing on tidbits about how Watkins SoyNilla my help to ease women’s menopausal systems, such as the dreaded hot flash.

To my surprise I came across an article from the USA Weekend, February 2008 issue by Jean Carper, she mentions a study performed at Harvard that found a compound in soybeans that slashes the frequency of hot flashes by 52%.

If you have not reached menopausal age you might think “so what’s the big deal”. But on the other hand you are experiencing menopausal systems it is a big deal, to find something other then a drug to help you with your hot flashes.

My advice to the pre-menopausal women reading this, file this information under to be retrieved at a later date. However, for the women suffering those dreaded hot flashes check out Watkins SoyNilla this could be just your switch to turn off those hot flashes.
