Watkins Cream Soup and Gravy Base wears many hats (1) great soup base (2) gravy foundation (3) white sauce base. I use the medium sauce for a delicious yellow bean side dish and I have also used it with peas and pearl onions. It also makes a great macaroni and cheese dish.
