Homemade Coleslaw

by Meg on January 9, 2009

This coleslaw recipe is one of the best I have ever tasted. I like to fine chop the ingredients. Please let me know if you don’t agree this is good. This dish would be a great dish for sharing at your next church suppers.

Coleslaw

Shredded Cabbage (1 medium size) then finely chopped

Add ½ cup finely diced green pepper

¼ cup of finely diced onion

½ cup of finely diced celery

¼ cup finely diced pimentos

¼ cup sweet relish

Mix in: ¾ cup mayonnaise

1 teasp mustard

1 teasp paprika

1 teasp sugar

1 teasp white vinegar

Would be wonderful with your favorite fish and chip recipe, I love adding it to my corn beef sandwich along with Russian Dressing.

Enjoy!
