Sloppy Joes Made with Watkins Products

by Meg on October 2, 2009

This is a recipe for when you have to put dinner on the table in a hurry. My family enjoys this simple but tasty meal.

Brown 1 lb of ground chuck then add a small green pepper cut up in a nice dice, add a medium onion diced. Stir until onions are transparent. Mix a 1/2 cup Watkins BBQ Sauce with a 1/2 cup of ketchup and a 1/4 of cup of brown sugar. Pour over the browned ground meat, pepper and onion. Cook over medium heat for about couple minutes Serve on Buttered and browned sandwich buns. Enjoy! You can add chips, fries or a salad.
