<p>In a large sauce pan, saute the onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender.  Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.</p>

1 pound sirloin&#8217; cut 1 inch cubes bell peppers, onions, mushrooms or vegetables of choice cut into chunks.</p>
<p>In small bowl stir together all spice rub ingredients.  Sprinkle sirloin with about 2 T. spice rub.  Reserve remaining rub in airtight container for future use.  Thread beef onto skewers along with vegetables.  Grill or broil turning occasionally, until meat is cooked to desired doneness about 5 to 7 minutes.  Serve atop a bed of cooked couscous or rice.</font></p>

<p>If, you like a little heat with your chicken, then you will have to try this recipe. </p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br />
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs<br />

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.  Dip chicken into Grapeseed Oil and then into crumb mixture.  Place chicken in a 15&#8243; x 10&#8243; x 1&#8243; baking pan that has been sprayed with <a href="http://www.watkinsonline.com/productsgroup.cfm?Parent=3&#038;family=28&#038;gCatalogLocale=USA&#038;ECredit=364297&#038;group=24">Watkins Cooking Spray</a>. </p>
<p>Bake uncovered at 400 F for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.  </p>

This is a recipe for when you have to put dinner on the table in a hurry.  My family enjoys this simple but tasty meal.  </p>
<p>Brown 1 lb of ground chuck then add a small green pepper cut up in a nice dice, add a medium onion diced. Stir until onions are transparent.  Mix a 1/2 cup <a href="http://www.watkinsonline.com/glynn">Watkins BBQ Sauce</a> with a 1/2 cup of ketchup and a 1/4 of cup of brown sugar.  Pour over the browned ground meat, pepper and onion.  Cook over medium heat for about couple minutes Serve on Buttered and browned sandwich buns.  Enjoy!  You can add chips, fries or a salad.</font></b></p>
